Manufacturing Defects: Items with a manufacturing defect may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
Condition: All returns must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging, with the price label attached and the purchase invoice. Products damaged due to failure to follow care instructions will not be accepted.

- Courier Shipment to Head Office:Address: Plot.A41, STAR TEXTILE MILLS, Fakhruddin valika road, SITE, Karachi.Shipping Costs: If the return is due to our error (defective/wrong item), Star Studio By Star Textile pays shipping (reimbursed). For customer's choice returns, the customer pays shipping.
- Visit Our Exclusive Outlets: Customers can drop off the parcel for an immediate exchange. If the new item is more expensive, the customer must pay the difference.
Exchange Delivery & Costs:
- Once inspected, the exchange item is shipped to your doorstep.
- If the original return was due to our error (defect/wrong item), the company pays all subsequent exchange shipping costs.
- If the exchange is due to customer's choice, the customer pays the exchange shipping costs.
- The customer is always responsible for paying any price difference if the newly selected item is more expensive.
