Exchange Delivery & Costs:

Once inspected, the exchange item is shipped to your doorstep.
If the original return was due to our error (defect/wrong item), the company pays all subsequent exchange shipping costs.
If the exchange is due to customer's choice, the customer pays the exchange shipping costs.
